FAQs

How long does shipping take?

All earrings are in stock and ready to go unless indicated as made-to-order. I typically pack and ship on Mondays and Fridays so processing time varies from 1-3 business days.
I ship all packages via USPS first class mail with a tracking number. Deliveries within the US typically take 3-5 business days once shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note that andditional import fees may apply upon arrival.

How do I care for my new earrings?

Although polymer clay is a fairly sturdy material, it can get scratched and can break if you’re especially mean to it. In most cases, regular earring wear does not expose them to either of these things, but please keep in mind they are more delicate than your solid metal earrings!
If they get dusty or dirty, simply dip a cotton swab in some alcohol and wipe them clean. Do NOT use acetone, as acetone will dissolve the clay and ruin the surface of your earrings.

What about returns/exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or there was a mistake on my end, such as a wrong color or design sent.
If there’s a problem with your order when it arrives, please contact me within 7 days of receipt, with photos if possible, and if it’s my mistake I will make it right at no cost to you.

Some of your earrings are huge! Will they hurt my ears?

Unlikely! Polymer clay is crazy lightweight and therefore even my largest earrings are hardly noticeable when worn.
If you are particularly concerned about the weight of a particular pair, please email me and I will be happy to weigh them for you.

How are your shipments packaged?

I pack my earrings as sustainably as possible while still ensuring they arrive to you safely. Each pair is carefully wrapped in a sheet of recycled tissue paper and tucked in a sturdy cardboard shipping box with lots more tissue paper so they don’t jostle around in transit. I seal the box with just the right amount of paper tape for maximum efficiency.
Once you unpack your box, you can take everything and either recycle it or use it for your home compost.
As a default, I don’t put items in individual jewelry boxes as most of the time these boxes get thrown away.
